Escapee From Sebastian County Jail Recaptured
Fort Smith police said inmate Gary Christopher Barnes walked away from the Sebastian County Jail about 9 a.m. Wednesday, but was apprehended again about 9:45 a.m. Police said he was booked in Tuesday on a residential burglary charge.
